Heather Mbarek - Talent & Culture Director

With over 20 years’ experience in business management 10 of which as an HR generalist, alongside a background in advertising, Heather knows what it takes to ensure that teams are kept running smoothly while maintaining a collaborative creative culture. As ThoughtShift’s Talent & Culture Director she manages all areas of Resource, Culture, Recruitment, HR, Well-Being, Finance and Operations.

Heather also heads up the ThoughtShift Digital Marketing Academy , a continuous learning programme that is designed to nurture fresh talent and develop the Digital Marketing Architects of tomorrow. She also champions ThoughtShift’s community and charity work.
